Yoowindows utilizes advanced dual-pane insulated glass technology engineered for maximum energy efficiency and climatic adaptability. By incorporating low-emissivity (Low-E) coatings and argon-filled insulating gas spacers between glass layers, our architectural glazing solutions significantly reduce solar heat gain and thermal conductivity while maintaining high visible light transmittance, sound dampening, and interior comfort.

1. Insulated Glass Options

Insulated glass units (IGUs) are selected based on specific structural requirements and regional climate conditions. Combining air or inert gas chambers between dual or triple panes provides high thermal resistance for sustainable building designs.

Low-E Coated Glass

Low-E (Low Emissivity) glass features a microscopic metallic oxide coating applied to the glass surface. This coating reflects long-wave infrared heat while permitting natural visible light, keeping interior spaces cooler in summer and warmer in winter.

Insulated Clear Glass

Standard insulated clear glass (double-pane thermal glass) features two precision-sealed float glass panes separated by an airtight insulating gas layer, offering fundamental thermal insulation superior to single-pane glazing.

Annealed Glass

Annealed glass is standard float glass slowly cooled to relieve internal stress. It provides smooth optical clarity and is commonly used in basic window applications where high impact safety compliance is not required.

Tempered Safety Glass

Tempered glass undergoes controlled thermal heat treatment, making it 4 to 5 times stronger than standard annealed glass. Upon impact, it fractures into small, blunt-edged cubical fragments, minimizing injury risks for large doors and high-traffic areas.

Laminated Glass

Laminated glass incorporates a resilient Polyvinyl Butyral (PVB) interlayer sandwiched between two glass sheets. In case of breakage, shards remain bonded to the interlayer, providing high acoustic insulation, security protection against forced entry, and 99% UV blockage.

Frosted (Acid-Etched) Glass

Rain Glass Pattern

Reeded (Fluted) Glass

Glue Chip Glass
